Job Description
Ashfield Healthcare has an ideal ideal opportunity for graduates to join a Digital Representative team based in a client head office in Berkshire with a salary from £28,000. The successful candidate will directly be involved with primary care clinicians (such as GPs, Practice Managers, Nurses and Pharmacists) in order to provide interactive sales interactions on behalf of our client; a global and reputable pharmaceutical company. The successful candidate will undergo thorough training to gain knowledge around the therapeutic area as well as the pharmaceutical product being promoted therefore a science background is beneficial but not essential We are looking for high calibre candidates with an excellent telephone manner, clear communication skills and a real desire and commitment to consistently over achieve. The ability to build rapport quickly and then capitalise upon the forming relationship is an essential requirement for this role coupled with the desire to deliver on behalf of the client. This is a very exciting and fulfilling opportunity to be part of the established team, working alongside other Digital Representatives where the focus will be to deliver high quality calls within a specific disease state.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will promote via digital platforms, including outbound calls and online meetings to Healthcare Professionals or ancillary staff and if needed deal with all incoming enquiries and questions, ensuring that that these clinicians have the information in order to further grow the sales of the product.
