Job Description

Ashfield is currently recruiting for an Oncology Account Manager on behalf of our client, OncoDNA.

OncoDNA’s goal is to predict and monitor the response to anticancer drugs using a comprehensive integrated approach (genomics combined with molecular pathology) thus enabling oncologists to make the right therapeutic decisions and determine treatment regimens.

OncoDNA’s mission is to provide better characterization of the patient’s cancer and hence better treatment choice and follow-up. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring patients receive the most effective treatment for their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bachelor or Master in science, molecular biology and/or business

Essential Skills

  • Define and develop a network of oncologists to launch OncoDNA’s solutions in the assigned region (mainly London area)
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with customers and understanding their needs
  • Present and promote OncoDNA’s solutions to our customer base Educate the selected target groups to our solutions and technology
  • Identify business and scientific partnership opportunities and initiate negotiations
  • Ensure the commercial and administrative follow-up of the scientific collaborations and regular test requests.
  • Offer product information on stands, during symposiums and conferences at the national and international level whenever needed
  • Ensure a close follow-up of new prescribers to ensure an optimal usage of our services
  • Achieve growth and sales targets related to the region you are responsible for;
  • Explain all activities in weekly reports provided to the Manager
  • Report to the International Business Development Manager and ensure the follow-up of KPI set by the manager.
