Job Description

Ashfield are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of Pfizer for a Network Sales Specialist to work in Stoke, Stafford, Wolverhampton and Shropshire. Key Responsibilities

  • Promote products to designated customers, within and outside networks, in order to achieve territory plan objectives and achieve sales targets.
  • Arrange customer meetings in line with relevant SOPs.
  • Delivery of relevant and tailored value messaging to best engage customer to drive local change and maximise brand potential
  • Work with Local Account Managers in the delivery of value propositions, tailored to the local LHE.
  • Develop & manage customer relationships across selected networks.
  • Sell the clinical benefits and value of the Portfolio to key clinicians and gain product endorsement to generate sales.
  • Use of relevant planning & delivery tools to support effective team planning and implementation.

Essential Skills

  • ‘A’ Level or ‘Higher’ in science subjects and ideally a Life Science Degree.
  • ABPI qualification.
  • Effective working knowledge of all primary care structures and customer types.
  • Excellent relationships with customers within a territory structure.
  • Good knowledge of products and relevant therapeutic areas.
  • Effective selling skills – to standard required.
  • Analytical skills to enable effective network management.
