Ashfield is currently recruiting for a Clinical Educator as part of a new nurse-led tele-monitoring initiative. The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse and will support patients with their chronic disease journey across Rheumatoid Arthritis and Multiple Sclerosis. The Clinical Educator will track patients’ progress and will triage alerts based on real-time remote data to address issues before they become health escalations. They will then be responsible for acting upon these alerts to change the behaviour of the patient, ensuring adherence to their personalised care plan, which has been pre-agreed with their physician.
