Job Description

Ashfield Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our established team at our Multichannel Contact Centre in the heart of Ashby de la Zouch. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in a fast passed organisation where no two days are the same. They will work seamlessly with clients to ensure a fully integrated solution to providing Contact Centre Services across a range of pharmaceutical industry clients, and will ensure that delighting the client is at the heart of all personal and team behaviours.

The job holder should have management experience, either within the Pharmaceutical industry or within a commercial contact centre setting and be able to demonstrate their ability to operate effectively at a senior level and show strong commercial awareness whilst liaising effectively with all levels of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • To lead and motivate a teams to ensure effective delivery of contractual metrics and key performance indicators as agreed with individual clients
  • To ensure minimum standards set by Ashfield Healthcare Limited are met or exceeded
  • To effectively manage human resource issues with the Business Manager, following the appropriate processes and ensure performance management measures are fully implemented across the team, including probationary reviews, mid-year reviews and performance appraisals
  • To make full use of CRM and reporting systems to monitor project implementation against key performance indicators. To monitor performance of the team in conjunction with the client and Business Manager thus making suggestions towards corrective action as required
  • To take overall accountability for the accuracy of all operational and financial processes within assigned accounts
  • To ensure delivery of all revenue and profit targets for all assigned accounts
  • To build strong working relationships with all key stakeholders within assigned client accounts and hold regular client review meetings
  • To work closely with appropriate Client Managers to fully understand client challenges and concerns as well as discovering and disseminating best practice
  • To provide a high quality, informative monthly reports which adds value to the client

Essential Skills

  • Must be adaptable, numerate, demonstrate problem solving and analytical thinking  and quick to learn with the desire to succeed
  • Ability to work on own initiative and have experience of coordinating and managing projects involving multiple key stakeholders.
  • Pharmaceutical sales/device sales management experience, gained over a minimum of two years (ideally)
  • Excellent team working skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to relocate if currently based outside of area local to head office (within 45 minutes)
  • Strong planning and organisation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop customer and delegate relationships
  • A desire to work as part of a lively team, contributing to all aspects of effective working.
