As the first point of contact for visitors, our Receptionists have a vital role to play in ensuring that they make everybody feel the ‘Ashfield buzz’ as soon as they walk through the door.
Along with meeting and greeting visitors and employees face to face and via the telephone, our Reception team are also required to undertake a number of administrative tasks each day. This may include invoice processing, postal sorting and compiling various reports.
Ashfield House is also home to the Ashfield Business Centre. Our Reception team plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth running of the facility, by supporting the Business Centre Manager with room bookings, room set-up and general event organisation.
