Job Description

Ashfield Healthcare currently has a vacancy for a Regional Business Manager to cover the Midlands Territory.

  • Are you a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative looking for your first Management role?
  • Are you a Pharmaceutical Sales Manager looking to join an organisation where you can grow your career?
  • Have you previously worked within Secondary Care?

You will part of a syndicated team promoting a range of high profile products for leading pharmaceutical companies. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and develop a team of Medical Sales Representatives, working as a key part of our successful and growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • To achieve regional sales, activity and budgetary targets and manage the successful implementation of client marketing strategies.
  • To lead and motivate a team through effective field coaching and communication.
  • To recruit, develop and highlight individuals within your team to help fulfil the succession planning requirements of our business.
  • To ensure that the company’s policies and standard operating procedures are adhered to.

Essential Skills

To be considered for the assessment day, please find below the relevant experience and criteria required:

  • Career focused individual
  • ABPI Qualified.
  • Good knowledge of NHS structures and environment – preferably gained from a minimum of 2 or more years in primary care, working on either a dedicated or a syndicated team.
  • Experience of working as a hospital specialist
  • Exceptional coaching skills demonstrated through current mentoring roles.
  • Successful sales/key performance indicators record.
