Job Description

Ashfield Healthcare is recruiting a Hospital Specialist Representative to cover the Hampshire and Dorset territory.

Their first UK offices were opened in 1993 in Chiswick, West London. Their mission is to provide innovative medical products and services for the benefit of the UK and Republic of Ireland medical community and the patients in its care.

You will be responsible for sales of two products on your territory. You will be expected to plan and prioritise working across your accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery of sales in line with Company targets.
  • To support the use of product to the end user.
  • To develop and implement the key account plan aligned to brand strategy.
  • To manage budget autonomously in order to generate maximum return on investment.
  • Delivering sales value, clinical advocacy and growth in line with targets are key requisites of the role.
  • Demonstrating knowledge of the NHS customer process, you will  interact with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, registrars, managers, unit staff and  other stakeholders taking personal responsibility for maintaining high ethical standards, operating within company and ABPI standards.
  • Take personal responsibility for maintaining high ethical standards.
  • Customer training in product use, background or disease area, where appropriate.
  • Maintaining expertise in brand clinical data and disease area.

Essential Skills

  • Experienced Hospital Specialist with proven success.
  • Good business acumen.
  • Strong NHS knowledge.
