Key Responsibilities

  • To gain a high degree of in call effectiveness with different customer types in secondary care.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities of the business in the evolving NHS.
  • Manage advocacy and local KOL opinion to influence national and regional business.
  • To have insights and understanding of our customer’s ‘world’ and the opportunities and challenges this presents for our brands.
  • Interpreting LHEP actions and priorities into personal objectives and milestones.
  • Demonstration of business acumen in identifying local opportunities and challenges.
  • Demonstrating innovative and bold solutions to LHEP challenges.

Essential Skills

  • Sales experience with strong results focus and shows initiative.
  • Driven by results, good team worker, self-motivated and good communication skills.
  • An effective working knowledge of primary and secondary care NHS structures and relevant customer types.
