Job Description

Ashfield Healthcare are proud to be partnering with Takeda to recruit a team of Direct to Headcount Key Account Managers. The role is develop the local business plans and to build strong relationships with Clincians, Medicines Management, Payors, and other key decision makers; for the uptake of their IBD product.

Key Responsibilities

  • To construct and develop the territory business plan within the IBD Business Unit
  • Lead on its delivery across your territory in order to achieve financial and business objectives
  • To build strong and robust relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Keep up to date of NHS policies, structures and funding streams
  • To monitor and review the territory business plan, proactively making adjustments in line with changing circumstances to ensure that business goals are achieved.
  • To leverage support for products/ideas/projects across a local health economy and to contribute to the development and mobilisation of local and national brand advocates.
  • To ensure that all knowledge management and CRM systems are maintained in accordance with Takeda standards and to ensure that business plans and objectives are transparent to Takeda UK.
  • To ensure all Regional administration and expense claims are submitted according to Takeda standards

  • Well developed business and commercial acumen

  • Ability to understand and to communicate copmplex data.
  • Confidence to engage in challenging conversations, whilst maintaining professionalism and good relations.
