Job Description

Ashfield Healthcare are proud to be working with Sanofi to recruit a Multi-Channel Secondary Care Territory Manager.  This is very exciting and fulfilling opportunity to work, as part of our expanding flagship Contact Centre where the focus will be to deliver high quality multi-channel sales interactions within two specific disease areas.

This position is an innovative and exciting Hybrid role in which you will conduct remote E-details and face to face interactions based on the needs and preferences of customers within your key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be of high calibre with an excellent telephone manner, clear communication skills, a real desire and commitment to consistently over achieve any requirements of the role.
  • The ability to build rapport quickly and then capitalise upon the forming relationship is an essential requirement for this role, coupled with the desire to deliver on behalf of Sanofi and for Ashfield.
  • Experience in a secondary care setting, either field based or previous e-detailing experience preferred.
  • Preview experience detailing Consultants/Neurologists
  • A confident individual with the ability to convince
  • In-depth knowledge of the key product therapeutic area and ability to use that knowledge effectively in customer interactions.
  • Knowledge of the NHS including the local decisions, impact on Sanofi and changes that affect their customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to:
    • be self-motivated
    • plan and organise time effectively
    • achieve sales success
  • Evidence of use of successful communication skills.
  • Evidence of being able to work in a flexible way to manage shifting priorities

Essential Skills

  • Interactive E-Details and field face to face sales interactions on behalf of our client.
  • Develops advocacy and influence across assigned accounts
  • Deliver high quality calls within two specific disease areas.
  • Make outbound calls to Healthcare Professionals.
  • Deal with all incoming enquiries and questions, ensuring that that these clinicians have the information in order to further grow the sales of the product.
  • Spend time in the field assisting the Sanofi head count Hospital KAMs.
  • Sell Sanofi brands to healthcare professionals across a number of accounts, always representing Sanofi’s high ethical standards.
  • Responsible for selling to prescribers (or prescribing influencers) in hospitals and hospital pharmacies.
  • You will demonstrate a high degree of knowledge within your specialist therapy area and employ a range of promotional tactics to successfully develop prescribing among the customers you work with.
  • You will contribute positively to the sales team and broader account team you work within, to build strong business plans and deliver effectively against them.
