Job Description

Ashfield is currently recruiting for a number of exciting opportunities for Medical Sales Representatives working directly with Astellas. Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve territory sales targets through implementing individual activity.
  • Develop a Territory Action Plan working in partnership with territory colleagues.
  • Maintain excellent on-going knowledge of disease therapy areas, company products and competitor activity.
  • Continuously demonstrate strong 1:1 selling skills.
  • Identify and develop key accounts in primary care.
  • Agree clear and SMART objectives with the Urology Business Manager and Urology Account Manager, putting into place activities as required to meet those objectives.
  • Actively work towards and be accountable for achieving all objectives outlined by the client.

Essential Skills

  • Sales experience with strong results focus and shows initiative.
  • Presenting with strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills (both with customers and colleagues).
  • Awareness of external competitive practice.

You will achieve the territory sales targets through delivery of agreed objectives within defined accounts and implementation of product marketing strategies.  You will also focus on product pull through via local pathways and urology pathways with GPs and other key primary care stakeholders and focus on delivering patient upgrades with tangible outcomes.
